Midtown Bar & Grill was born in 2013 under the vision of Tommy Karagiannis. With a rich legacy from his parents, who owned the beloved West Gray Cafe, Tommy brought over 20 years of culinary expertise into Midtown's heart.
The menu tells Tommy's story — American comfort classics, Mediterranean traditions passed down through family, and bold Mexican flavors that reflect Houston's beautiful diversity.
